In-Home Rapid Testing Options
No need to drag yourself out of bed when you’re feeling unwell. One of our experienced nurses will come directly to your location to administer your test and provide prompt, accurate results.
Pricing: $250 per test (This flat rate includes both the in-home nurse visit and the rapid point-of-care test. Need a medication prescription after your positive test results? For an additional fee, add on a telehealth visit with one of our providers and get treatment).

While you are free to take your results back to your own doctor, you may also request an optional telehealth visit with one of our specialized providers. During this virtual visit, our provider can:
Evaluate your symptoms
Make an official diagnosis (when clinically appropriate)
Prescribe treatment directly to your preferred local pharmacy
Telehealth Consultation: $225 Please note: This service is completely optional! You are never required to use our providers simply because you had your testing performed by Concierge Nurse Services or had a positive result.
Stress-Free Mobile Blood Draws
Need routine labs or specialty bloodwork? Let our skilled nurses handle your lab draws from the comfort of your couch. We offer two simple paths for your mobile lab services:
Option 1: Use Your Own Doctor Already have lab orders from your primary care provider or specialist? Perfect! Simply submit your lab orders to us, and we’ll dispatch a nurse to your home for the blood draw.
Option 2: Consult with Our Provider Don't have lab orders yet? No problem. You can request a telehealth consultation with one of our trusted providers. They will evaluate your symptoms and place the appropriate laboratory orders when clinically indicated.
Pricing:
In-Home Lab Draw: $299 (Note: Lab processing fees are a separate charge and will be billed directly to you or your insurance by the processing lab).
Provider Consultation: $225 (Only if you need our provider to evaluate you and place the lab orders).
